Due to normal automatic operating system upgrades, our original Bulletin Board Software started to have incompatibility issues with the latest version of our Operating System. This incompatibility could only be fixed by upgrading our Bulletin Board Software to the newest available version. This was a MAJOR BB upgrade and as you might expect, we encountered several issues during the upgrade.

We now have the new software upgrade completed and we are in the final testing and checkout mode. Once we believe that everything is working properly you will be directed to the new Bulletin Board instead of this SPECIAL NOTICE.
