Does anyone know what this means or whether it is a version or refers to the townland of Catten? Tonight I found a baptismal entry for Feb 1851 for Michael, son of Patrick McCabe and Mary Dillon. Sponsors were Francis McPartlin and Bridget Ward. The notation follows "de Caten Crop". These ...

I have been searching my O'Neill connections in Cattan for some time and note a lot of other families that are familiar. Anyone with O'Neill connections at the moment? I am at a bit of a dead end.
