Brook(e)s/Spellman/McManus of Taughmaconnell/Roscommon

[Brian Edmund Glennon]

My ggrandfather James (Jamesy) Glennon married Catherine Brook(e)s on 6/5/1868 at the RC Chapel in Taughmaconnell. I have a fairly good handle on her siblings as well as the Glennons that followed as a result of their union. Her parents were Charles Brook(e)s and an Unknown Spellman. I am looking for info on Charles and his wife, and Catherine's siblings. Charles (Junior) married Mary Gately and had two children I know of, William and Hannah. Mary married Denis McManus and had three children I know of; Mary, Denis and James. Mary and James acompanieed my great-uncle Thomas Glennon (son of James and Catherine) to America. James stayed, while Mary returned to Ireland and married Denis Kilday. Their son Denis came to America and was a plumber in Boston, MA. There were two additional sons, Patrick and John, of which I have no info. I would appreciate any info.

Dennis Kilday, the plumber is related to me. Mary McManus the daughter is my gggrandmother. Michael Joseph Kilday is my great grandfather. He also had a sister Delia Kilday. I think this is the right family. I personally met Uncle Pat when he came to Boston to visit. I was about 8 years old then. Contact me please.<br>
