If any of you all come across the following surname in the context of County Leitrim of the 1700-1800s could you please let me know. My Marshalls were C of I, and left Co Leitrim about 1825. I notice from the 1901 census that there were only 2 people by that surname listed as heads of households. So not a common name for Co Leitrim. Thanks.

MARSHALL
Re: MARSHALL
My gr-grandfather appears in Ballymacarret, (East) Belfast by the 1850s married to a woman whose name we think was Sarah Roseman/Rosemond. Her maiden name is one that appears as early as 1690 in Co.Leitrim. Does your line include any Roseman/Rosemond/Rosamond ?
Byron Marshall

: If any of you all come across the following surname in the context of County Leitrim of the 1700-1800s could you please let me know.
