I am trying to find more of this Shields/Muldown Family (listed below)that were located in Rahara, Roscommon. I only know the name of John Shields thru the death cert of his son, Charles, and this may not be correct. The only known children I have for John is Charles and Timothy. Charles married in 1838 and had one child born there before going to America in 1839, later sending for his wife, Catherine Muldown and daughter. Timothy came over in 1836, unmarried but later married in Mass. <p>Charles went from Roscommon to Pittsfield Mass. to Providence RI then to Whitewater/Waukesha/Richlnd Co's in Wisconsin, then to Rice Co Minnesota where he died.<p>Timothy went from Roscommon to Mass, RI, WI, and from there the order is not known but had been in GA,Mass again as well as WI and then in MN where he died as well.<p>Here is the family of John Shields:<br>1.
