Hello,<br>I know this is for Roscommon, but I thought that there might be a connection. I'm looking for an Edward Skelly in my family tree. He had two sons for certain (there could be more)...Denis (who came to canada in 1824 with his children...his wife died in childbirth), and William who eventually came to canada...not sure when. Edward died c.1828. I don't know who his wife was and I don't know if there were any more children. Does anyone have this line? I know it's not much of a description, but that's all that we've got for information.<br>Thanks!<br>Carrie

My g/grandfather was named Edward Skelly, born c. 1845 in possibly in Leitrim or Mayo; his father James Skelly m. Bridget Fitzgibbon.<br>I have just started on this side of the family in Ireland and realise this is not a direct connection but perkaps there is a link which might be <br>helpful to both of us.<br> Regards, John O'Brien.
