I've hired someone "on the ground" to help out because, as you're probably discovering, there are loads of obstacles sometimes.
What fascinated me most about your query was the name Cooke.
In the Aughavas Baptisms, 1856-1870, one of my ancestors, Thomas Magoohan was baptised. His godparents are listed as "Arthur Cooke and Mary Heslin." The baptism took place on or about 21 July 1861. Parents were Thomas McGoohan (or Magoohan or McGowan...) and Alice Magurran (aka McGurn). The parents of baby Thomas would have been my great-great grandparents.
Do you have information regarding Arthur Cooke? I'm curious what his connection to Alice and Thomas might have been.
I'm sorry I cannot answer your query directly.
All the best!
Anne
