My greatgrandfather, Edward Regan, was married to a Jane Connor and had at least 2 sons, Patrick and Michael. I've found an Ed Regan listed in the Roscommon census although the maiden name of his wife Jane isn't given. The sons are a match, but does anyone have any hints on how to verify whether this Jane was a Connor? Thanks.
