Can anyone tell me how to obtain the Parish records for THE FOLLOWING 1. Ballintober South and Ballintober North. Townland for MICHAEL KEEFE is Knockhall and Knockcroghery or Loughglinn Demesne and parish's given are Kilglass, Killinvoy, Tibohine.<br>2. Ballintober North Townland for JAMES O'RORKE listed Ballyleague and parish Cloontuskert.<br>Does anyone know if there are any lists of Stonemasons available for the Town of Lanesborough in the Baronay of Ballintober South. I have searched countless Kilronan films and others and can't find these O'Rorke's and Keefe's. After 10 years of seaching by other family members I found the maternal side of the family the Early's in the Kilronan records.These O'Rorke's and Keefe's must have lived close by probably in the next parish but I have no idea where to start this year in ordering LDS films. Someone with a good knowledge of Irish geography in this part of the world must be able to help.Cheers ann<p><br>

Ann,<p>There was a Keeffe family in Boyle town in Griffith's valuation: David Keeffe, Chapel Lane.<p>They are the Keeffes closest to Kilronan in Griffith's.<p>-Tom

How did you find this - I have searched theis Griffiths data bases and not seen this. How can i have another look. I believe this may the two families I have been looking for + I will have to order the film for Boyle again from LDS. What sort of dates are we looking at.
