Giblin's in Roscommon

Post by Travis Giblin »

I looking for any possible relatives of Patrick Giblin. He was born in Roscommon on September 13, 1891 and left for Canada around 1917. After arriving, he settled in Scott, Saskatchewan. If anyone has ANY information on him and/or his family, please let me know as soon as possible.
Also, I will be in Ireland at the end of June and may do some geneological research. Does anybody know where I should go?
Thank you in advance,
Travis Giblin
They will tell you Patrick's date of birth, parents' names including his mother's maiden name, and place of birth in Ireland down to a few hundred acres. I have all of their names somewhere around the house (but I don't know where right now!) :(
They were from Lisakurkia, Co. Roscommon.
If you know anything else, please let me know!
Travis Giblin
