THOMAS CONBOY OF ROSCOMMON/LONDON

Can anyone help please with information on birth of ggf, THOMAS CONBOY in Roscommon. Born possibly early 1800's. He was not around by 1881 British census. 1851 British census had him living with MARY ANN CONBOY in London. He had a daughter of that name (my g grandmother) but this Mary Ann could have been his wife. (name n/k) My g.grandmother married JOHN HANCOCK four years later, in 1855. Family lore says Mary was born in Roscommon but 1881/91 census records state she was born in London, 1831 or 1834. I don't know when or where Thomas arrived in England. Very little information on this family except an Elizabeth Conboy was witness at Mary's wedding and that Mary had sisters who were nuns.
