James McCaffery born about 1884

I'm looking for information on my great grandfather. He was born around 1884 in Ireland and left for USA approximately 1900. His father was Bernard McCaffery and his mother was Mary Prior. We believe, but do not have any documentation, that he was born in Leitrim or spent part of his childhood in Leitrim. I do not have information on any siblings.

He married Eleanor Glass in New York City in 1909. They had four sons: Bernard Benedict, Frances Xavier, Vincent Ignatius, Robert Lee.

I realize I have very little information to work with. I'm just hoping for some luck. Thank you.

Thank you again. I spent some time on the LDS site yesterday and found some records but not all. Obviously I still need to work on my searching skills!
