WALSH/CASSIDY/BRENNAN

Post by BOBR »

My greatgrandmother,Mary Oates Walsh, widow of James, married Martin Cassidy of Keanspark in 1870. They had a daughter, Honor (Norah) in 1873 and she married Patrick Brennan and they were listed in the 1901 census in the Camogue Townland.
Honor and Patrick had two sons in early 1900's, Paul and Gerald.
Would appreciate any info.

Thank you,

Bob

WALSH/CASSIDY/BRENNAN-UPDATE

Post by BOBR »

Since my original post I have obtained more information, mainly from the 1911 census-as follows:

Mary Oates Walsh and Martin Cassidy had another daughter, Margaret, born in Camogue, july 20, 1872.

Patrick Brennan, husband of Honor(Norah) Cassidy was a pensioner from the RIC.

In addition to sons, Paul and Gerald(Gerard), the Brennans had 3 additional children,as follows:
Mary Ellen-1901
Eugene-1906
Rosanna-1907

Honor(Norah) Brennan died in 1908 at age 34.

Would appreciate any info on the above.

1911 Census for some townlands available on microfilm from the Mormons. In my case film # 2193099 contained Elphin/Cammoge.
