:roll Hy all,new member,My great grand father Bartholomew was born 1830 circa in Sligo,he had four sons, James,Michael,Bartholomew,and Thomas my grandad.Thomas my grandad born 1863,died1948 in Fife Scotland,married to Elizabeth m/s/ Williams,in the USA on the 11/2/1896.(Massachusetts),I believe the surviving ganly's, ganleys? to be living in or around Ballinafad,any help would be great, T Ganley

The LDS British Isles Vital Records CD has a number of likely baptisms in Aghanagh Catholic parish County Sligo:
Bartholomew, 1828, 1829 and 1832.
Also
Thomas – 1862 – parents Bartholomew & Ellenora Scanlon, LDS film 989739.
Michael – 1861 – parents ditto – LDS film 989737.
1857 Griffith’s Valuation entries in Termonbarry Civil parish have entries for Ganly, John, Cloonmore townland. LDS 844992 Item 8 (1857).
For change of occupiers of land in Cloonmore townland from 1857 to c1920 see LDS film 868133.

LDS Vital Records on CD - but not for Mac users
I thought I might want to buy the LDS British Isles Vital Records on CD but checking out their web site, it seems it won't work on Macs!
