I have been trying to piece together the family of Michael DERVIN who married Mary CONBOY. Their children (known to me) were Michael, Owen, John and Bridget who emigrated to Philadelphia around 1880. They were born circa 1860-1870.
I find a Michael DERVIN in Co. Roscommon in the 1901 census.
Associated family names are McGOOHAN, GALOGLY, MITCHELL, and CAREW, found in mostly Ballinamore, Co. Leitrim.
If these names sound familiar to anyone I would very much appreciate your help. I've had a terrible time finding records.
