Hello, I am looking for my husbands family before they came to the USA and hope someone here can help.
This is what I have once they came to the USA.
Andrew Rush 1816-1874 from Kilbride in County Roscommon and his wife Albena (Albana) "Abby" Gillooly 1825-1898 native of Kilgofin also of COunty Roscommon.
They settled in Lewis County when it was still Virginia-It became West Virginia in 1863.
Their children John 1854-1928; Mary 1856-?; Margaret 1858-?; Peter Joseph 1860-1938; Michael 1864-1907; Ella 1866-1945; and Patrick 1873-1911.
Interested in Rush and Gillooly families in Ireland.
