I hope Lisa McHugh is still reading these messages. I am looking for descendants of James McGarry, who died 1/28/1953 and is buried at St Michael Cemetery Cloonmorris. His children were Bernard, Michael Patrick, John Francis, Mary, Bridget, and they are also buried there. Are any descendants living in the Mohill area? I know there is a Sheila McGarry pub there
: I know there is a Sheila McGarry pub there
: Are you related to Sheila Mc Garry ?
Not that I know of, when we were there I did not have much info, am trying to find descendants to make some connections. My McGarrys are from Clooncarn townland. My grandfather left in 1883, but left some siblings behind, who stayed.

Some of my relatives were alive then, living in or around Clooncareen Townland.
