Is Mulyck really Mullagh or Mulligan?

Post by Colleen Moore »

My ancestor Bernard Mulyck was born in Co.Roscammon, and I have long suspected his surname to be a misspelling. Anyone have some idea whether this might in fact be Mullagh or Mulligan? This Bernard would have immigrated to US between about 1845 and 1865.

Then there's Meelick in East Galway, which is no too far away.<br>
