I am the granddaughter of the late Eli Donald Park. He was<br>born in the early 1900's. looking for the family roots.<br>My grandfather died April 26, 1972, ( I was very young)<br>I idolized this man as a child and that has always remained<br>with me even now,26 years later. They still hold Park family<br>reunions yearly and faithfully. But as time goes on less and less attend.<br>I feel it's because as years add on generation become less and less interest in there<br>hertiage. At these reunions..we feel like strangers. This year I would to<br>present the Park family from the beginning. Time is running outfor the Park family<br>reunions because number of people attending are less ans less each year. It's time<br>to bring the New generation forward....who knows what you could find out??<br>Hell your neighbor just mine be a long past ancest relative and you didn't even know it<br> My 87 yr old grandmother,Armenta Mae (Neiderhiser) Park (Eli's widowed wife) has brought my curiousity<br>to this point. She to hs been teaching me of her family. Taking to the old farmer in which she<br>lived and teaching she knows so I can to carry it on in generation to come. My grandfather never had that chance<br>to educate me on the Park family roots and origion. My grandmother and grandfather had 6 children together.<br>The Park family growth just from their 6 siblings is = 18 grandchildren (2 deceased)= 25 Great-grandchildren. It's <br>amazing how it addes up. So if there is anyone who can help in my search, I would appreciate what ever<br>the leds are.
