It costs me $6.00 a film and its kept in the library for 4 weeks. Hope this helps.
Yesterday, after having been told repeatedly over the years that no record of her birth or baptism could be located, I succeeded in finding on this film the entry for the 1871 baptism of my grandmother, Mary Jane Beirne. There were a few reasons why my inquiries had produced no results: the baptism was three years before the date of birth which she claimed; the surname (Beirne--it was her maiden and married name) was misspelled (Berine) in the record; and, although Bornacoola is in Longford, 19th Century records were kept in Leitrim. Without the film number, I wouldn't have been able to search page by page from the U.S. to find the entry.
Would you have any idea whether the BDM records for the Catholic parishes of Kilglass and Rooskey in Roscommon are on an LDS film? Efforts to locate any birth or baptismal record (ca. 1872) for my grandfather, Patrick Beirne, have been unsuccessful.
Re: PARISH RECORDS I HAVE FOUND
I was wondering if you would know the film number for Loughrea, I have not been able to find the name of the parish. My greatgrandmother's name was Ellen Dympna Scully, born in Loughrea in 1851.
She was the daughter of John(Red)Scully and Katherine Kane Scully. I don't know the marriage date. Ellen came to the U.S. around 1868 via New
Orleans. I can't find the name of the parish. thank you

Re: PARISH RECORDS
The best way I've found to locate LDS Family History Centers is to go to the website Cyndi's List http://www.cyndislist.com and click on the link for the No-Frills Index. The is an alphabetical listing of all kinds of genealogical help. You will here find a link for locating Family History Centers in the US. I just did some work in one and they were very helpful.
