Searching for parents of Conor BERNE born about 1852 in Althone. Married Gridget Geraghty of Headford, Galway. Had 6 children: William, Richard Martin, Agnes, Rita Ellen, Bertah and Margaret. He was a judge or chief of police. He lived at 3 Montpelier Place, Blackrock Co., Dublin, Eire in 1938 and 1939 with his 2 younger daughters caring for him. Rita(Ellen) married John McCormack and ran the Headford Arms Hotel in Headford, Galway. The BERNE spelling is very different but he did spell it this way on his letters.
