I have an old lease (on heavy parchment) dated April 6, 1875, made between the parties "Honorable Lawrence Harmon King Harmon of Newcastle, in the County of Longford, and Rockingham, in the County of Roscommon and Alexander Arnold of Boyle, farmer and shopkeeper….that the part of lands of Lugnamudda formerly in the possession of William and Arthur Cranston and now in the possession of the Leesee being a Town Park containing Six acres or thereabouts late Irish plantation measure situated in the Parish of Boyle, Barony of Boyle and County Roscommon…the Yearly Rent or Sum of Fourteen Pounds…" <br> <br>Bets wishes.
