Trying to trace the family of Charles Henry Rowan(e) who changed his name by adding Owen when he came to England. Definitely born in Ireland or of Irish parents. Catholic burial in Walsall 1933. Has any one any information re his family. Previous research about his history by someone who has now died says something about a connection with the family of Sir William Watkin Wynne ??
