I've been working on my family tree for over a year. Check all possible spelling of the name.<p>My family name can be spelled the way I spell it or McWeeney or McQueeney or McAweeney or it might start with "Mac" or any variation thereof.<p>Don't look for "Queeney" only. A "Mc" or a "Mac" prefix only means "son of". It may have been dropped when he clear coustoms in the US.<p>k.<br>
