Sir Henry Parkes

I am trying to find out if I am related to Sir Henry Parkes (5 time Premier of New South Wales in Australia). I was born 6 April 1967 To Edmund John Parkes. Sir Henry held office in the latter half of last century. I would appreciate any assistance as I have not done this before & hardly know where to begin<br>Thanks<br>Sharon

This may or not help, but many of the Parkes family on our side came from Bendigo (or said to have) and moved to inner city Melbourne late last century. No proof exists of a relation to Sir Henry but you never know.<br>I will keep you informed of any further developments<p>
