My only information on my Irish roots are: Grandfather Patrick (Joseph?) Brennan born c.1889; his father - William Brennan - farmer. Patrick may have been in the Connaught Rangers. Went to England and married Jane Burgess in 1916 at St. Vincents RC Church, Openshaw and had three children: Sarah, William Patrick & Kathleen.
Patrick died in mid'30's in Manchester. This is all I know - anyone recognise them? My dad would love to know if he had any living relatives in Ireland.

My William Brennan was born in Leam Boyle in 1869
His brother Patrick was born in 1867
His brother Michael born 1865
His brother John born 1857?
John lived at the home place in Leam and had 3 children, Margaret, Bridget and Peter.
Margaret and Bridget were nurses and went to UK?
Peter went to Australia in 1924 with a friend Peter Mc Hugh from Leam.
We think the other brothers were in the R I C
Can anybody fill in the gaps please?
