Leitrim-Roscommon

I recently looked through the Tithe Applotment film for Parish of Cloone. I was looking for Doyles in the townland of Clooncoe. I failed to find the townland - but I was rushed and may just have made an error. But I did find a reference to an area called "Cloone Subdenomination" which surprised me. Would anyone know what this was, or how it relates to townlands in Cloone? Incidentally, I found 2 Doyles in the above "subdenomination", named Andrew and Matthew.
