Two persons named Hebron occupied houses and land at the 1857 Griffith’s Valuation of Kiltullagh Civil Parish as follows:
Hebron, John 23 acres in Cloonfad West townland.
Hebron, William 26 acres in Derryvung townland.
For the location of the townlands see
https://www.leitrim-roscommon.com/MAPS/kiltullagh.html
There are two Heron entries as "householder" and two as “other occupier” at the 1901 Census of County Roscommon see
http://www.leitrim-roscommon.com/1901census
Hebron is listed at the c1830 Tithe Applotment for Kiltullagh Civil parish.

There is a Hebron listed in telephone directory at Ballinlough, Roscommon. Go to
www.eircom.net and select Golden Pages, enter surname and select Mayo (for some strange reason!!) and you will get 1 name. Must be some connection to your research.

From what descendent are you trying to trace? I am the GGGD of Thomas Hebron, father of James Hebron who came to US in 1873. They were from the Ballinlough area.

Yes, William Marks and Florence Hebron were my father's parents. They had Walter, Jean, Maurice and Joseph. Maurice is the only surviving sibling. Mary Kay is my cousin. They live near Detroit. Did you find any connections with our Hebron family? I know my great-great grandfather Thomas also had a brother by the name of Robert who moved to Australia - but I unfortunately those were none of the names in your family tree. They must have been cousins to your ancestors somehow. Thanks for your info.
(P.S. - my mom is a retired RN, too. She's crazy and still up here in Michigan!)
