Hello all
I am so happy to have found this message board! I am hopeful of receiving suggestions or direction on finding a few of my missing links in Roscommon.
I am searching for members of the King, O'Connor, McCormick and Furey families.
Here is what I have and what I need! With many sincere thanks for any and all help! If you are related to any of the above, I can supply their descendants in US for at least 4 to 5 generations.
Michael King b circa 1820 married to Bridget O'Connor
Their children:
James King <no info>
Bernard King <no info>
Patrick E. King b Oct 1846 d July 1911 married to Bridget McCormick <both emigrated to Providence, Rhode Island>
Michael King b. Aug 1849 d Dec 1914 married to Margaret Cull <both emigrated to Providence, Rhode Island> They were married in RI in 1879.
Elizabeth King married to Michael Furey <no vitals known>
Joseph King b Aug 1860 married to Catherine Burke b Dec 1861 <both emigrated to Providence, RI
Thomas King b Jan 1856 d 1932 married to Margaret O'Dowd <or Dowd> Both emigrated to Providence, RI
---------
The above mentioned Bridget McCormick <Patrick King's wife> is believed to be the daughter of Daniel McCormick and Bridget Gormley. <this info from their marriage certificate>
Unfortunately, I have NO idea where in Roscommon the families are from.
Once again, thanks in advance for any help!

Thank you for info and lead on Coffey & Connor
Thank you so much for the information on John King and Bridget Connor! I appreciate it.
I am curious about your CD on Roscommon. Does it include other Kings or Connors? <if so I want to purchase it>
I have done some hunting on Joseph Coffey who was married to Maria Connor.
Mr. Hunter
I am not sure if you already have it, but I have found them in several RI censuses. If you want me to send along the information, please let me know. I am not sure if you already have the info.
Although I am now residing in Seattle, Washington, I was born and raised in Rhode Island. I will be returning for a visit this July if you need me to pick up any records for you.
Please let me know if you want the Coffey census/directory and birth records and I will be happy to send them along.
All my best
