Peter O'Toole - Ann Nutley 1800

In my research on John O'Toole of White Oak Springs, Wisconsin I found a death certificate listing Peter O. Toole and Ann Nutley as his parents. Family history has John being born near Carrick, Letirm County Ireland in 1822. Does anyone have a connection to Peter or Ann?
