Not sure where my Brennan's originated from, not even sure of Christian names or any other details!
Do know as travelling musicians they spent time in Roscommon.
Do know that Mena married a Brennan and had 4 children before her Harden marriage.
Don't know what happened to the Brennan husband.
Do know that 2 of the children were Lulu (born 1909) and Dora
(born 1913) went to America in 1929, have found them on the Manhattan 1930 census but haven't discovered anything else other than Lulu is recorded as Lydie on the census.
Do know that Lulu maried a man (surname Scott) in America but don't have anything else.
Do know Lulu and Dora are no longer alive.
Do know the other 2 children of Mena's stayed in Ireland when Lulu and Dora went to America and belive one of the children (female) settled in England.
Does anyone know more than what I already know?
Really would appreciate some direction. Jackie.

Sorry, that I don't have answers to your questions, but would like to post mine with yours.

I am Connie Lou Brannon. My father is Firse O'Neal Brannon.
His father was William Curtis Brannon. My grandfather, William Curtis Brannon (farmer and Baptist Minister) settled in Damascus
Arkansas (now deceased). My father lives in Arkansas still.
My father is a self taught musician of any musical instrument,
especially the mandolin. We were told that in immigration the name was probably misspelled. And that the name probably was
O'Brennan or Brennan. I hope that we can all help each other in some way to piece the puzzle pieces together. This is my first night to attempt this. So, please bear with any mistakes in procedure. Thanks, Connie Lou Brannon
