My ggggrandfather,Samuel Green( born in england) married a Mary Sweeny from Roscommon in the 1820s.I think the marriage took place in Ireland.They had a daughter Mary Ann christened on 01/02/1824 at Saint Munchin Limerick.
Mary was born c1800 and samuel c1789.
They also had a son Eli supposedly also born in Ireland c1826.
I would appreciate any info about this family or any advice on where to search for further info.
