Bernard Phillips

I am searching for any information about my great grandfather, Bernard Phillips. From the information I have about him, he was born in Ballaghadareen c1843 and ended up in Australia by the age of 10. I have no info on parents or siblings or immigration. Can anyone point me in the direction of where I can find out more info? Thank you in advance.
