Related Surname Info: My great Grandfather married in Scotland in 1907, by which time his surname was rendered Scullion.
I traced his origin to Glenfarne, Co.Leitrim where I searched for his parents Owen and Maria Green (as per his marriage cert.)
The nearest match I have found is the Scollan family of Carrickrevagh.(not far from Glenfarne)
Namely Owen Scollan his spouse is shown (on LDS) as Mary Magrenary.Due to the similarity in names ie Maria Green(for Mary Magrenary) I am 90% sure I am on the right track but have no proof at this time.
I have found four children of the above-named none of whom are my Gt.Grandfather.
Any help appreciated.
