Murray Frenchpark/Roscommon approx 1811

Hi everyone,
I'm looking for info about some MURRAY ancestors, the details I have so-far are:
Peter - born c1811 in Roscommon married Bridget (also born c1811). They were working in Bolton, UK by 1851. His 1st job in the uk was as a farmer.
Catherine c1843 (moved to Bolton)
John (son of Peter)- born approx 1836 to 1840 in Frenchpark, Roscommon. Married Bridget (born approx 1840) . Moved to Bolton, UK.
John's children were Ellen(1867), Maria(1869), James(1870) but I don't know their place of birth.
Please can anyone help me find a little more info as I'm at a dead-end,ideally I'd like to work back beyond Peter but any info about how to do this or any other relevant info/help/pointers would be gratefully received (I'm in the UK so visiting Irish registry offices is beyond me at the moment).
