Daly's to Boston (1840's)

I am looking for any information on the Daly's or descendants of the Daly's who emigrated to Boston in the 1840s possibly 50's. James and Kitty Clyne Daly took their family to Boston but left a newborn behind with an aunt in Leitrim (Mary Ann Daly). I have heard there are many related Daly's currently living in the Boston area.
