I wold love to find the descendants of Patrick Clancy b. 1820 in Co. Leitrim d. 1885 in Limerick. He was in RIC and married Mary Ellen O'Meara from Pallasgreen, Co.Limerick. His daughter by his first marriage was Margaret who went to Australia. Because I don't know where in Co.Leitrim he came from, I did some research on Griffith's Valuation and using some info from his RIC Cert I narrowed it down to around Rossinver.
Anyone able to throw light on this search?
