Rose Clarke is my grandmother.She came to the USA(Yonkers) in the Late 1800's. She married Patrick Byrne in Yonkers,N.Y. Rose died in 1932. She reportedly was from Frenchpark. Does anybody know anything about her? Please help!

Please help!<p>Rose,<br>This is probably no help, but in researching my husband's Winston relatives in Roscommon, Ballinlough/Castlerea area we learned that Martin Winston (need to get bapt date, but in late 1700's) married "the girl from the Big House", Sarah Clarke. He was Catholic (tho we believe the Winstons may have come with or been granted land by Cromwell). She was Protestant. Some of their children were baptised Prot. and some Cath. and some converted later. They lived in Coolougher, which I think is not all that far from French Park. I think somewhere I might have come across some other info on Clarke's in Roscommon. I'll let you know if I can find anything.<p>Donna
