Is anyone researching a MORAN family in Co Leitrim? I am looking for a Hugh MORAN and his wife Elizabeth. Hugh was born about 1800-1810. <br>Their son, William MORAN, born about 1830 emigrated to Providence, Rhode Island, USA sometime before 1876. I would like to exchange information on any MORAN family who might have emigrated to Providence, Rhode Island before 1900. William married Bridget CONWAY in 1876. She was the daughter of James and Bridget CONWAY, and may have been from Leitrim as well. The MORANS may have been from Kilturbrid, R.C. Parish or Mohill, R.C. Parish.
