I will be in Frenchpark mid-May of 2001.<p>I am trying to find information on my great-great grandfather, Martin Hand, who emigrated from Frenchpark to the US in the early 1800s.<p>I would love to find some good sources of information in Roscommon, be they people or places. : An uncle of mine (he's 86) told me there were "Hand's" in our family, but I haven't found the link as yet. I'm responding because my own family research traces Callaghans and Sharkeys from the Frenchpark area. I have Sharkey/Callaghan info. going back to the early 1800's. If you run across those names anywhere in your research we might find a link.
