Can someone tell me the location of Fairvalley in Roscommon. In the Ballagh marriage register LDS film, Hubert Nearney in 1882 is listed from Fairvalley.I was looking for Nearneys from Killavacan or Doughil townlands.

My parents told me that Fairvalley, although on no map that I know of is somewhere in the vicinity of Killavackan,almost certainly down the boreen that runs out into the bog from the road through Kilavackan, Doughil etc.e-mail me with any info you have as I am also trying to pinpoint Hubert as he is almost certainlt a direct relative of mine.<p>Brian Barry<p> Can someone tell me the location of Fairvalley in Roscommon. Seamus<p>Two points, This Hubert may well be the one listed in the 1901 census as married to Ellen and living in Culliaghy, I have a feeling, if iot is him, that his father was named James and his father Hubert. Also is Fairvalley located down the boreen toward the bog in Killavackan?
