Patrick S. Kelone/Kalone (McKeone)

Would anyone have information on an ancestor of mine, Patrick S. Kelone (former name in Ireland may have been McKeone)? He came from County Roscommon to New York City in 1846 (approximately) and went onto New Orleans, Lousiana to settle. He may have come with other family members on the "John R. Skiddy".
