Ellen Crown came to US around 1905. She was sister of Kate Crown, last known address was a farm beside the main Sligo/Manorhamilton road. The farm contained 26 acres and the information we have is that it was "at Moragh" This information was posted in the local paper when Kate died in 1967. It was posted by P.J Kelly, auctioneer.
Our information is that our great grandfather was Cormac Crown and our greatgrandmother was Katherine Foley. We think Cormac died in 1933.
We have lost contact with anyone in Ireland and would love to see if anyone can help us out.

The usual spelling in Ireland is Crowne. There are only three that I see in the county today. They are in Corrigeencor, Dromahair; Lower Pearse Road, Sligo Town, and Oakfield, Sligo, respectively.
