There was a James McGlynn that came to America circa 1870.<br>He arrived not in New York, rather in New Orleans, and settled in Southern Illinois not far from St. Louis Missouri. There is a clan of McGlynns in Southern Illinois and St. Louis Missouri who are his decendants. If you have more info for me on the McGlynns in Roscommon or Leitrim, please email me.
