I'm looking for information about James Neilon, b. abt 1817 Co. Roscommon. He married Sarah Ellen Gallagher in Co. Roscommon (where?) in 1839. She was the sister of James Gallagher, b. 1829 in Co.Roscommon. James and his siblings, Teresa, John, and Mary Ann, and his aunt Ellen Galllagher left Co. Roscommon after the death of their parents, James and Monica Gallagher, about 1847. Apparently James Gallagher was the executor of his parents will, and after they settled the estate, they left Ireland for the US. Another brother Michael also left for the US, but possibly at a different time.<p>James Neilon may have left Ireland before his marriage to Sarah Gallagher in 1839, then returned for the wedding to his 12-year old bride, and brought her to Boston.
