Peter - I am descended from Frazers in Aughnafinnigan and Derrycashel, just south of Ballyfarnon. I think that all my Frazers left for Glasgow in the late 1890s. <p>My great grandparents Richard Frazer and Jane(nee Frazer) were married 14 December 1863 in the Arcarne Church of Ireland Church, Both their fathers were names Archibald. I have birth info on their born 1865-1887.<p>I am in touch with some others descended from Frazers in this same area. Peter - I just reviewed my notes some more. I had some paid research done by the Co. Roscommon Heritage & Genealogy Company. Among the items listed is this death record:<p>Kate Peyton Frazer<br>Anna, Ballyfaron<br>Ardcarne Church of Ireland Parish<br>20 December 1932<br>89 years old<p>Another death record from Ballyfarnon:<br>Archibald Frazer<br>Ballyfarnon<br>Ardcarne Church of Ireland Parish<br>18 January 1884<br>40 years old<p>If you think it would help you, I could mail you a copy of my complete report.<p>By the way, my grandfather, William Fraser, born Aughnafinnigan 14 December 1878, used the middle name Paton, although it is not on his birth record. When my father saw "Peyton" in this report, he wondered if his father's middle name was actually spelled that way. <p>
