Garret Ruane born around 1873

I am attempting to find out where, in Ireland, my Grandfather came from. <br>Garret Ruane,born about 1872 or 73.Came to America and settled in Elizabeth,New Jersey. He married Teresa McMahon in N.J..Around 1914.<br>He had a brother who settled in New York, Patrick Ruane. <br>Garret passed away in 1947. Patrick in 1942. Teresa in 1949.<br>Garret had 6 children,Garret Jr.,Martin, Rose, Joesph,Teresa and Margaret.<br>Ellis Island has 4 Garret Ruanes listed,all from Mayo. But a family friend(of my mother)Willie Lynch say's there are many Ruanes in Roscommon.Willie Lynch has an Irish Band herein America and came from Ireland some time ago.<br>Any help would be appreciated.
