There is unsubstantiated information that indicates my <br>great-grandfather, Michael Daly may have come from Roscommon. He was born 6/6/1818, married Ellen O'Connell (possibly Connell)in the 1840's (probably in a Catholic church) and moved to Cork before coming to New London, Ct., USA. She was born 3/10/1823 to John and Ellen O'Connell. Michael's father was Patrick Daly who was married to ???
