I am looking to contact any relatives of the above families in the area of Elphin, Killukin, Killummod areas of northern Co Roscommon.<br>Many members of these families emigrated to Australia in 1864 and I am a descendant of Michael Burke who married Bridget Mckeon in 1862.Michael's father married Mary Harrington.<br>

My great grandfather, Francis, was born around 1849 or so - any relation to your Bridget? I do not know if my Francis had any siblings. Any information would be helpful

Any information would be helpful<p>Bridget's mother was Catherine Commons and her father was John McKeon. She had a brother Patrick and a sister Honora. Bridget was christened 1st March 1837 at parish of Killucan (Killukin) and Ballinameen Co Roscommon. This is all I have on the McKeons.<br>

My Bridget's father was John McKeon and her mother Catherine Commons. Bridget was christened on 1st March 1837 at parish of Killucan(Killukin) and Ballinameen Co Roscommon.<br>Regards,<br>Bernard Burke.<br>
