Selling property in Ireland

Post by Erin Smyth »

Does anyone have any experience selling or buying Irish property? I inherited a small farm (about 12 acres) with old cottage a few years ago and am considering putting it up for sale and I'm not quite sure what the best plan of action is. Would it be best to get in touch with a local auctioneer or lawyer? Thanks for any input you might have.

Even a small cottage with 12 acres of land will go for a substantial amount. Just be careful that you know what your doing.<p>
